  • Payment Plan Options

    Budgeting your life events can be tough — we’ll make this one easier and more affordable for you. No credit check required, and most orders or reservations qualify for flexible payment options.

  • Standard Rental Retainer

    A 40% Retainer with signed reservation is required to confirm rental holds. Retainer payments are waived in lieu of payment plans. Retainer payments are non-refundable. Payment plans are non-refundable up to 40% of reservation total. See cancellation policies for additional info.

  • Credit Card Surcharge

    A 3% credit card fee applies to all orders. It’s removed in-person checks, cash, or ACH payments.

  • Online Payments

    Invoices sent via Square (by email or text) can be paid securely online or directly on a smartphone.

  • Reservation/Order Adjustments

    Plans change. We get it!

    Add items & update quantities. Retainers/payments keep your reservation and apply to the revised order. Extra items will be invoiced or scheduled for payment. Tell us ASAP so we can check availability and adjust delivery.
